SEOCopy provides a suite of AI-powered marketing and SEO tools. The Service allows users to connect their Google Search Console account to analyze data, track keywords, and receive optimization recommendations. Features and pricing are subject to change.
To use the Service, you must create an account via Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the keywords, URLs, and other data you input into the Service. You agree not to use the service to:
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon 30 days' notice.
Refunds: We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may be eligible for a refund as detailed in our Guarantee Section on the homepage, at our sole discretion.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SEOCopy and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You use the service at your own risk.
In no event shall SEOCopy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
